An unexpected Labor Day party hit. I used Strawberry Infused Aperol, but the drink is amazing, regardless.
Ingredients:
- 2 big dashes of robust orange bitters
- 1 ounce of rye (preferably Old Overholt)
- 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- 1 ounce Aperol
Directions:
Stir and strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
