From a Gambit article about summer food and libations. Basically a batched Gin and Tonic with Basil infused gin. Delicious!

INGREDIENTS
For drink:
- 1 liter of gin
- 1 cup of muddled basil
- 2 cups lime juice
- 3/4 cup St. Germain
To serve:
- Cucumber soda
- Lemon, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Mix drink ingredients in a large Ball jar.
To serve:
- Fill pint glass or collins glass with ice.
- Add 2 oz of mixture.
- Fill with dry, unsweetened cucumber soda and garnish with a slice of lemon.
