Paul has more than 25 years of experience in software development and technical management and a proven track record of taking products from prototype to production on schedule and within budget. Paul and his teams have developed best of breed products for a broad range of enterprise technologies, including highly scalable distributed systems, data mining solutions, and eCommerce Web sites. Paul is adept at finding effective and productive individuals and building them into quick-moving, productive, customer-focused teams.

Paul was most recently Vice President, Engineering at FuseSource, which was sold to Red Hat in September 2012. Prior to FuseSource, Paul served as CTO at Online Buddies, Inc. and Vice President of Engineering for DataSynapse, Inc. (now part of Tibco). At DataSynapse, he built out and staffed the Boston office and led the development of FabricServer, their award winning datacenter infrastructure product. His other experiences include principal involvement with the Avaki (and then Sybase Avaki) enterprise information integration product, the ObjectStore object-oriented database product, and On Technology’s Meeting Maker product.

Paul is currently Vice President, Engineering at Adelphic Mobile. Adelphic Mobile enables efficient buying and selling of targeted mobile media.
